Why Does the Time Keep Changing on the Screen?

If the time keeps reverting ahead or behind after setting it on the softener screen, you'll need to adjust the timezone in your app:

Settings > Device Management > Display Units > Time Zone > Scroll to top of the list for U.S. options.
