Warranty Information
All of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty upon date received. You can find warranty details toward the back of the Owner's Manual. We recommend keeping your receipt showing the purchase or take a picture of receipt and save in case you need to submit a warranty later on.

Note: Replacement parts have a 90 day warranty.

Check Your Water Softener's Age
This can be helpful in determining if your product is still under warranty. Your serial number includes two pieces of information - a Model Code and Manufacturing Date. Here's an example:
