📢 The iQua® app has had a recent upgrade and navigation through the app differs from the older version. Please ensure your app is up-to-date before proceeding with the instructions below.
If the time keeps reverting ahead or behind after setting it on the softener screen, that means the time zone is set incorrectly in the app. Follow the instructions below to reset the time zone in your app.
1. Open the iQua® or iQua2 app and choose your softener.
2. Once on the main page, scroll down a little and select 'Manage Device'.
3. Then select 'General'.
4. On this page, you'll see 'Time Zone' section. You'll want to search for the major city most closest to you.
5. Select 'Save'.
