📢 The iQua® app has had a recent upgrade and navigation through the app differs from the older version. Please ensure your app is up-to-date before proceeding with the instructions below.
If you've forgotten your password or its not working, following the steps below to reset it.
1. Open the app and select 'Forgot password'.
2. Enter in your email address associated with the account and click 'Submit'. The next screen will pop up. Leave this part open on your app and switch over to your email.
3. In your email you'll receive passcode. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam/promotions/junk folder.
4. Back in the app, enter that passcode in the iQua app, along with your new password. Then select 'Reset Password'.
5. It will then log you into your account and bring you to your homepage. You're good to go!
