📢 The iQua® app has had a recent upgrade and navigation through the app differs from the older version. Please ensure your app is up-to-date before proceeding with the instructions below.
If you'd like to change the email address associated with your iQua account, it's pretty quick and easy. Follow the steps below!
1.Login to the iQua app and go into the account information by tapping the person icon in the top right corner.
2. Your account information will show up. Select 'Update' next to the email address.
3. Enter in the NEW email address you would like to use. Then select 'Change Email'. It will turn blue when you have an email address in there.
4. Go into your email and find the confirmation code that was sent by iQua.
5. Back in the app, type that code into the box and select 'Confirm Email'.
6. It will let you know it's been successfully changed. You can select ' OK'. You're good to go!
