Need to remove a device from your iQua® or iQua2 account? It's important to note that removing a device from your account will also delete it's data and history. If you're ready to move forward, check out the quick and easy steps below to get this done!
1. Open the iQua® or iQua2 app and select the softener.
2. On the main page, scroll down a little and select 'Manage Device'.
3. Then you'll see 'Delete Device' option in a blue box. Go ahead and select it.
4. It'll ask if you're sure and you'll need to enter DELETE into the box and then select 'Delete' again.
