📢 The iQua® app has had a recent upgrade and navigation through the app differs from the older version. Please ensure your app is up-to-date before proceeding with the instructions below.
Need to remove a device from your iQua® account? It's important to note that removing a device from your account will also delete it's data and history. If you're ready to move forward, check out the quick and easy steps below to get this done!
1. Open the iQua app and select the softener.
2. On the main page, scroll down a little and select 'Manage Device'.
3. Then you'll see 'Delete Device' option in a blue box. Go ahead and select it.
4. It'll ask if you're sure and you'll need to enter DELETE into the box and then select 'Delete' again.
