Is your app not metering water usage or stuck on the loading screen? We're here to help. Let's go through a couple steps to get this fixed.
📢 The iQua® app has had a recent upgrade and navigation through the app differs from the older version. Please ensure your app is up-to-date before proceeding with the instructions below.
1. First, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app.
2. Once you've confirmed the app is up to date, log-in, select your device and then select the Graph section at the bottom.
3. Go ahead and slide your finger down on the screen and then let go. You should see the page reload.
If the water usage doesn't load, you'll need to make sure that your water softener is metering your water usage properly. To do this, hold the Select button down on the softener until '000' appears on the screen, then let go.
4. Go over to a nearby faucet that uses soft water, turn on the hot water side and confirm the '000' on the screen is counting up. Is it counting up?
