Are you looking to connect your new Wi-Fi unit with the iQua® app? Great! Your first step is downloading the correct app! Follow the instructions below.
Before You Start
- Your Bluetooth should be turned
ON
How Do I Find the App?
1. Open the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
2. Search for 'iQua'. You should see the following apps appear. You want to make sure you download the right app, because your softener is only compatible with one. To determine if your system is compatible with iQua or iQua2 you can check two places:
- On the product box it came in - it will state iQua or iQua2 on the outside
- Open the salt lid - underneath the lid there will be a big sticker with information about your softener - it will state either iQua or iQua2 on there
- Check the serial number - the sticker on the rim area of the softener under the salt lid includes your serial number information. On that sticker, you can match the beginning of the serial number with the information below:
iQua - M45C019 or M45C023
iQua2 - M45C026
3. Once you've identified which one you need, click on the app to open.
4. Click 'Get' or 'Install'. Enter any passwords or recognition needed to successfully install.
